Gerrard J. J. Charlebois
~ Partner, Oraya Communications ~ Gerrard has an extensive background in management and education. His expertise includes facilitation, curriculum research, development and implementation. Drawing on his education and employment history in marketing, promotion, research, and social work Gerrard has developed and refined his skills in the educational arena. He has secured contracts with private businesses and public institutions. With over 25 years of domestic and international experience, Gerrard is continually updating his materials and curriculum. Over this time period he has taught numerous classes with students ranging in age from youth to senior citizens. Gerrard continues to add improvements and refinements to his materials, teaching repertoire and skill base to include current trends and philosophies.

Alice Van Blokland
~ Partner, Oraya Communications ~ Alice secured contracts with private businesses and public institutions providing coaching, project management and senior administrative services. These contracts included managing several million dollars worth of government funding for the under-privileged and multi-barriered citizens of British Columbia, Canada. During these contracts Alice drew on her experience in the coaching, facilitation, customer service, retail and financial industries to coach others from extreme circumstances to situations of success including employment, schooling, financial improvement and achieving dream jobs and relationships. These abilities and skills were refined through Alice’s dedication and application to life-long learning, which is demonstrated through her history of education as outlined below.
~ Author ~ In 2010, Alice published and launched her first book, “From Pain to Passion, the Journey of Self-Healing” under her pen name Lauren Van Kas. This book was written with the intention of assisting the reader move through layers of accumulated life experiences to re-identify their true passion. “From Pain to Passion” is available on Amazon.
